大家新年好,我很高興在虎年一開(kāi)始向您匯報(bào)愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊的業(yè)務(wù)成果、未來(lái)展望及戰(zhàn)略。2021年里,全球新冠疫情反復(fù)無(wú)常,中概股在資本市場(chǎng)面臨多重因素帶來(lái)的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),但令我們感到驕傲的是,公司在巨大的壓力下仍然實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)績(jī)的穩(wěn)健增長(zhǎng),持續(xù)向長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)奮勇前進(jìn)。尤其,我們深信“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案”可以繼續(xù)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期中的高速增長(zhǎng),從而進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的持續(xù)優(yōu)化。

在堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行可持續(xù)的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略的同時(shí),今年我們也會(huì)加速公司兩大業(yè)務(wù)板塊之間的交叉銷售,讓“在線營(yíng)銷解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)更多聚焦在可與“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)相互協(xié)同的部分,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩大業(yè)務(wù)板塊之間的資源投入的更好平衡,從而保證公司的穩(wěn)健安全并在長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略上始終保持足夠的投入。此外,管理團(tuán)隊(duì)也會(huì)密切關(guān)注美國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的變化,并以開(kāi)放的心態(tài)積極尋找其它各種可能的資本運(yùn)作機(jī)會(huì),目標(biāo)是幫助公司的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略獲取更多的發(fā)展資源,助力“SaaS+X”模式達(dá)到更大的規(guī)模,最終最大化愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊的股東價(jià)值。
2021年是我任職愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊CEO的第二年,公司在戰(zhàn)略方向、組織建設(shè)和協(xié)同執(zhí)行方面均達(dá)成了高度共識(shí),我們的人才發(fā)展計(jì)劃和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)也初獲成功,通過(guò)不斷的產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新為行業(yè)培養(yǎng)了一批優(yōu)秀數(shù)字化人才。感謝公司董事會(huì)和股東會(huì)的信任和任命,我在擔(dān)任CEO一職之外,也出任了公司的董事會(huì)主席,我將一如既往帶領(lǐng)愛(ài)點(diǎn)擊團(tuán)隊(duì)在建設(shè)“中國(guó)領(lǐng)先的企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)和營(yíng)銷云平臺(tái)”之路上奮勇前進(jìn)!
